1. Data Protection
Personal details are requested for the purpose of completing the order only. All photographs and media will be kept on our system for one month only before being deleted, in order that the customer has time to request further copies if required. Details are kept confidential and are not shared with any 3rd party. Inteserv does not trade, sell, rent, or release any client information to 3rd parties.
The customer is solely responsible for the legality of all the materials and content sent to us for inclusion on the DVD. The customer must ensure that they are the sole owners of the materials or have the express written permission for its use by the copyright owners. The customer must ensure that the materials do not infringe any laws relating to copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the material is deemed to contravene any of these requirements.
The customer must be the legal owner of any music supplied. In those circumstances where the customer has requested music to be supplied by Inteserv, it will be purchased on their behalf, included in the price, and supplied back to the customer on a separate CD.
4. Loss or damage
Inteserv does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to materials during transportation. We use Post Office recorded delivery as standard practice, and recommend that customers do likewise.
5. Faults and complaints
All DVDs are tested prior to despatch. In the unlikely event of there being a problem or error with the order we will do our utmost to rectify it free of charge.
6. Order progression and Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 7 days of receipt, but please allow 14 days as this is subject to variations in workload and seasonal demand. Emails will be sent to the customer keeping them informed of order receipt, materials receipt, compilation progress and final despatch.
Payment may be made either by cheque or PayPal, and must be received before work commences.
